Heath IB-5281 RLC Bridge

Hi Greenies!

Just acquired the subject RLC Bridge. But, alas!---no manual.
It looks pretty good and acts as if it would work----if I knew how!

Can someone send me basic info on how to use the thing?
I'm more interested in the Inductance and Capacitance measurements;
not so much the Resistance.
