picture tube for GR 2000

I only learned about this mailing list recently.  Good to see someone's
set this up.

A few years ago I had to make some adjustments to my GR 2000 TV.
Unfortunately, while it was opened up and exposed, my brother-in-law
managed to crack the neck of the picture tube when the cabinet was moved
around.  I'd like to get this thing repaired if possible but don't know of
any good current source for the picture tube.

I've replaced picture tubes before in the Heathkits as I used to be the
technician at the Honolulu Heath/Zenith store.  So the difficulty of the
task is not a problem - it's finding parts.  In addition to the picture
tube being bad, I suspect the green gun screen control has opened up and
need a replacement for that as well.  It's the one with the green-colored
shaft mounted directly on the chassis.

If anyone knows where replacements/substitutes for these 2 components
might be available I'd appreciate hearing about them.
