Well, he says it as it came from the factory. Obviously it isnt. Its open.
That alone will probably decrease it value many thousands of dollars.
     What I cant figure out is where are all these unbuilt kits coming from.
I get around to a lot of flea markets, auctions, sales, hamfests, etc and
have never even seen one.
     Just seems odd.    john

You know, with a little work I think a person could put together "unbuilt
kits" and make some money. just a thought
