Need SB-220/SB-221 RF Choke

A bad 3-500Z fried its 1mH RF choke.  Any idea where I can get one??  Any way to
pre-check a tube before applying power?  Ohm meter comparisons to a good tube
indicate no differences.  Must be HV related.  Comments appreciated.
