CURIOUS

Ray et al.,

Interesting question.
I built the HW-101 in 1970, and it still
gets occasional use. Over the
years have picked up other HW- and SB-
(tube) hf rigs, some are still awaiting
service while others are airworthy but
primarily on display although
they are connected up and put on the air
maybe once in several months.
And to be honest, there are others,
restored but sitting in the storage
closet. Yep, got one version of all
three single-banders, in storage.
I don't consider myself as hoarding rigs
as there are no multiples of
one model. In fact when I acquired a
nice SB-301 I got rid of the SB-300.
Also finally decided the SB-200 would
never be used so got rid of it (was
in great shape, just never run QRO
here).
So, I suspect there will be a multitude
of responses (or maybe non-responses?)
from the ones who have one setup on the
air to those who have multiples of
every model stored away, and still
looking for more....
Guess there are collectors and there are
accumulators, each his own.....
