SB-221 Relay Problem

I have a Heath SB-221 that I use with a Drake C line.  Everything works fine
on SSB, and I have had no problems since I purchased the amp earlier this
year.  However, on CW, when I hit the key, the amp stays "keyed."   I have
had to turn of the amp to unkey it.   In the "Tune" position, everything
works fine.  The problem seems to be intermittent, and I've played around
with the delay on the transmitter, but from time to time, the amp will not
return to receive.   The C line works fine barefoot on CW.  Anyone seen this
