Hello, Heathkit Lovers

I'm looking to acquire an Operation/Maintenance Manual for an IO-3450 O'scope.
I just recently bought and I don't have a trace. The intensity and focus
controls have no effect I also don't see filament lit on the tube either. On
the Power transformer there is a pair of green wire about 4" long connected
to a two pin connector similar to a Molex with locking ears. I cannot find
any place to plug it in though.
Anyone has the manual or info, I would very much appreciate it
