Hi Jerry,

Get some Avery Clear Laser/Inkjet Labels (I use the "Mini-Sheet"
versions... don't have the number handy). Then using MS-Word or your
favorite word processor, type in your callsign and then change the
background of the font to black, and the font color to white.

Alternately, you can print out your callsign and create a negative with
the "film" used for making pcb negatives for etching.

The latter has a "blacker" background, but the former works just fine
and is easier and cheaper.
