Misc Heathkit RF Power Transistors

I found some new devices still in the original Fairchild boxes (the first Fairchild).
 I know that these came out of Heathkit when I was working there, but I can't
identify what kit they were qualifying for.  Sure would be nice if these could
go into the SB-104.  Any help would be appreciated....

They are all mounted in the RF "stud" type of package.  I don't see them listed
in any of my Heathkit reference material, but I know that's where they came
from

Any interest??
