SB-644 Remote VFO cable

Hello,

I recently purchased an SB-104a station that came with
the SB-644 remote VFO.  It is, however, missing the
cable that connects the accessory socket on the SB-104a
to the 6-pin socket on the SB-644.

Any idea where I can find this cable or the parts to make one?

Also looking for a supplier of RG-174 shielded coax cable.
