differences in 6146 A and B

The 6146 and 6146A are virtually identical. There's also the military
version 6146W.

The 6146B has greater plate disappation, as well as different
interelectrode capacitances.

Don't substitute a 6146 or 6146A for a design that calls for a 6146B.
