SB-634 Ten Minute Timer Parts

The 1N7009A is a 10 volt .25 watt zener diode.  You can use a 1N5234B or a
1N4740A.

I do not find a MPS-L61, but I do find a MPS-L51, it is a small plastic
inline transistor(TO92).  100 volt general purpose PNP silicon, Vceo of 100
volt.  Could use 2N5400, 2N5401, 2N6518-2N6520.  Almost anything with Vceo
of 100 volt or more, and PNP.
