I couldn't help but email the guys who bid on those items. The unfortunate winner replied that he'd never heard of Newark, and one of the lucky losers thanked me for the information, which I thought I'd pass it on in case anyone else needs these.

The parts are made by WPI, and Newark's catalog numbers are as follows:

11 pin plug:        42F037    $3.88
cover:                42F017    $3.11
11 pin socket:    38F821    $5.11

(It appears that the socket comes with a mounting ring.)
