Meter info ID ? A heath item ?

Cleaning up the place I find a box containing a meter, apparently new and unused. It sticks in my mind that it was for some Heath unit but I can't recall what .  Here are the specs and info on the box  . Anyone recognize what it is ? 
 Meter . . .   I checked the continuity and it is good . . . a lighted meter on top of it.  There is no label on the box, but scribbled in pencil it says Kv-plate; Ma - Grid; Relative Output.
    The meter face says Plate Voltage - KV;  Grid Ma.; Rel. Pwr.  The scales show 0 -3.5 and 0 to 350. . . "Internal Resistance 1000 Ohms.  Another number on the bottom of the box (quite sure original) is the number 10259.  Don't know if that applies to the meter or what. The hole is 2 inches and the face measures 3 inches across the top and 2-1/2 inches across the bottom.  The wires from the internal light look like brand new and never soldered to anything and it has the screws for the mount enclosed in a  plastic package.  .
