HW-IOO final shaft coupler..

Hi All. name here is Daryle Brooks. I am searching for a final shaft drive
coupler with the two set screws on an HW-100. Any info would be helpful and
or a substitute coupler  material/part appreciated. Any companies out there
selling replacement parts?
