More SB-220 info

Since my last message earlier today, I have the following info--
The amplifier doesn't tune on any band.  The relative power mtr is not
peaked at the maximum capacitance of the load capacitor.

I have a second SB-220 which is unmodified, and it tunes up well using the
same excitor and dummy load, as well as performing well on the air.
