General Coverage Receiver Question (Tube).

I dunno about the "poor man's Collins"
I had an S line with the 75S3B, and I prefer the SB301 because of it's
AGC, CW filter, transceive ability, and full 500khz coverage per band!
The dial mech is poor, but useable.
