Did someone have a HW-101/SB-102 audio motorboating problem?

Or a loud tone in the speaker instead of receive?  I seem to recall reading
about someone having a problem like this.  Replace the 20 uF, 350V
electrolytic (which sits next to the audio amp tube and bakes).
