HW-101 drive problem with coil cover installed

Thanks for the responses on this.  My original HW-101 has never had the
problem, and so I thought neither should this one.  The problem cropped
suddenly it seemed as well.

Answer:

Alignment!  Never underestimate the series parallel tuning arrangement for
possible screwy results if not aligned.  Once I installed the correct xtals
for 10M (can you say illegal CB high power sideband?), the alignment was off,
and out popped the problem.  Line 'er up, and everything looks like I expect
a 101 to look.  Close to 100W out on all but 10, around 85W out there (with
the driver stage 10K ohm removed of course!).
