SB-104A receive alignment (oops)

Oops - yesterday I said there was no alignment procedure for the
SB-104-A's "G" board in the manual, but, as other have since
reminded us, yes there are indeed steps for an approximate
re-alignment without using test equipment, recommended only if
components have been replaced.

Well, that's what happens when you get old - the memory is the
2nd thing to go....I don't remember what the first thing was.
