Heathkit sa-5010 u-matic memory keyer...

Beats me, I built mine a long time ago, use it almost
daily, and have ever had a problem with it at all.
I guess you might be pressing your luck if you walk
across a carpet and discharge yourself througn the paddles
but one would hope one would have the sense not to do that. ;^)
