Micoder II

Thanks to all who responded to me about the Micoder II.

Special thanks to Dale K8PEO who came up with one for me; it arrived earlier
today.  It's in much better shape than my original one, so instead of
disecting it for the PTT switch, I'm planning to use it instead!

Still looking for a used tone encoder board for the Micoder and/or
HW-2036/2036A, should someone come across one in a junque boxe somewhere.
No rush.
