IG-18 Signal Generator - need identity of Q5, 417-201 / D1 & D2, 57-65

I am restoring an IG-18 Signal Generator, and need regular transistor
equivalent number of Q5, (heath part 417-201) and the diode equivalent
of D1 & D2 (heath part 57-65)

I found a heathkit parts list at

but it only does not go high enough for either (must be old)

In fact, if anyone has the manual for the IG-18, I would be very
interested in paying for copy/mail of the calibration, parts list and
schematic (all I have is a rather fuzzy schematic from the net).
