IG-18 Signal Generator - need identity of Q5, 417-201 / D1 & D2, 57-65

I thought 417-201 had a weird part number, like the complement 417-801. Both
were supposed to be industry standard common types of transistors but I
don't have a clue where Heath came up with them, and I sure can't remember
the number for the '801 it was so weird.
