Nah - that only works if you have a fluorescent lamp to stick in the final
cage as an output indicator. (W3GM trick)
Assuming you mean operating tune-up, not alignment, similar to HW-101,
SB-102, etc, usually you give a wee bit of drive (watch grid current...might
be 2.5 mA max per tube?), then watch the plate current, and 'dip' the plate
current, that is, tune the variable plate cap to where the plate current
reaches a minimum, helps to watch output power also, which should peak very
close to or exactly (many variables) where the current drops a bit (dips).
grid current will peak when plate current dips.
This may not be enough ...when you find some manual reading material,
hoepfully it will make the manual make sense.
"Tune" switch on that rig might possibly be reduced power so you don't
stress everything.
Oh, yeah, you're supposed to do this on a dummy load, not 75m SSB.
