IT-28?

Hi Alan, Yes, the IT-28 will be great for boat anchor servicing.  It does not give a precision capacitance measurement but will be fine for what we are doing.  The little green eye is fine for determining leakage.  The tester will also work out good for cap reforming since you can slowly step the voltage up, and dwell, while watching the green eye.  I have an IT-11 and its been a good performer.  73,  Scott WA9WFA
