DX-100 Output

About 100 watts carrier, maybe a little more on 80
meters on both CW and AM. Sometimes a little less on
10 meters.

Heath did have a kit to add the capabilities of using
the SB-10 SSB adapter (made for the Apache) to the
DX-100 and DX-100B.

The designation DX-100A was often "unofficially"
applied to those DX-100 transmitters that were field
modified (again a Heath modification kit) to replace
the fixed capacitor loading with the 50 pf variable to
a three section variable.
