Need Help Identifying Early Flyers

I have a lot of ??? in my Heathkit early flyer library.  I would like to fill in
the missing pieces ??? and update any thing I may have incorrectly dated.  Most
of the early flyers did not have dates on them so a little detective work is
needed to solve the puzzle.  Some flyers mention specifically that no flyers
were printed for several months.

I would like to buy an original or copy of the ones I am missing to complete the
set.  If you can help please let me know.  If I have some that you don't have, a
copy is only a requirement away.  Feel free to point out any mistakes I may have
made.
