Problems with tube socket

You could have a bad solder joint or a break in the
circuit board.

There is a "slight" chance that the pins in the tube
socket have become loose.  You can "tighten" these by
removing the tube from the socket and using a small
"probe" to push the pin contacts together.  Then
replace the tube and see if this "fixes" the problem.
