HL2200

I bought a used HL2200 linear.It keeps blowing the circuit breakers. I do
not have the complete manual but in looking things over, I noticed that
there is a broken piece of mica where diode ZD1 goes thru. Is there
substitute for the mica? If not, where can I get another piece??   Thanks
