Hyperactive HW-100

I have the answer!! (or at least an answer)  The large ground lug on the
function switch (or whatever they call the switch with the Tune position) is
shorting to one of the other terminals on the switch (besides the one the lug
attaches to).  I found this problem on multiple HW-101's and I think it was
also the case on my SB-102 (the switch configuration is different, but think
the result was the same).
