Heath scope model 10-102. Dead as a doornail!  Checked fuse O.K. No smell or evidence of burned parts etc. Excellant panel and cabinet with no scratches and good plastic graduated green scale. Missing one small knob. Use for parts or fix up?  Sell for $15.00 plus shipping. Thanks.
