hp13a transistors

Hello Heathkit folks.  I have a hp13a with shorted transistors. Looks like
they have been replaced before with RCA SK3009 transistors.
Does anyone know what types should be used as replacements?
I believe the original parts where germanium transistors. Has anyone
tried converting this power supply to use silicon transistors?
