out of topic:RFunit for a Ts830s

I am trying to get a complete RFunit (X44-1360-00) for a Ts830s ,buying a new one is imposible because they are discontinued and the price is to High.
I woul prefer to buy a in not good shape Ts830s but with this board in condition 
and maybe get parts for another reparation in the future.
Any help will we appreciate,

PD : thanks for the information about the 3sk73 and the 2sk125 , i found the parts in rfparts.
