WTB: SB-201/SB-200 parts

Hello to all

I am looking for the following used parts for an SB-201 HF amp.  SB-200
parts may be compartable also.

Inside perforated metal cover for the HV cage.
filter-power supply board with or without caps (board itself is OK)
complete manual or copy with schematic

I know I can buy a new PS board from Harbach but prefer to find an
original if possible.
