HW-101 Problem

Hi guys, I recently picked up a HW-101 that has a Motor boating problem. The
audio features a nice little chug chug chug and little else until it warms
up. After about 10 minutes the "motor boating" goes away, the audio is fine.
Not in my realm of experience. Anybody have a clue?
