HW-16 thanks!!

Thanks to all of you who wrote with your suggestions for curing the chrip
in the HW-16. Lots of good advice. Everything from rebuilding the power
supply to cleaning the exciter tube socket  to using different kinds of
crystals (I plan to go rockbound with FT-243s).  I'll probably try all of
these.  It'll be a nice project.
