HW101 dial drive rebuild instructions

Ahh..the spread spectrum! That would be the VFO jumping in frequency
every 10 seconds or so, somewhat randomly!

I've done a couple of the vfos... be  glad to answer any questions, but
it's pretty easy if you're not in a big hurry.
