Hi Bob. HUFCO did make frequency counters about 20-25 years ago. I would
guess that if the front panel included a BNC or similar input, a gate
time switch, it's a frequency counter. However,, the name Digi-Dial
sounds like some kind of add on digital dial for receivers. Good luck,
