SB-610 Original Manual Wanted, maybe unit too?

I got a nice SB-102 manual for my nice SB-102 on the way thanks to one of the
fine members of this list.

Might as well try for the one other piece of collected gear for which I don't
have a manual.

Anyone have an original SB-610 manual they would be willing to sell?

For that matter, I would entertain buying a really clean SB-610 with the
blue-green face and nice lettering.  The one I bought has a face which is on
the greenish side and the lettering is not very sharp.  Otherwise it isn't
bad.  Maybe I should be happy with it (but I'm not!), at least it doesn't
have a bad HV xfmr!  Anyone selling reproduction or refinished face plates?
