I wonder if these are just downloaded from BAMA?

There are people who are selling CDROMs that are
downloaded from BAMA, the UK Heath site, etc.

Technically, they all are in violation of the
International Copyright Law.  But, in reality, with
the exception of Collins Radio, none of the older
manufacturers seem to care.
