SB221 output on 15m

Hello to the Group.
I am using a very nice SB-221 with my FT-1000D via a Yaesu relay box per
the 1000D instruction maual.  I get 700 to 800 watts at tune up side of
selctor with 100 watts in (@ 115vac).  So all is running great....except
for 15meters.  with 100watts in I get 80 watts out, etc.  What is the
first thing I should look for on this amp to correct this lack of single
band power.  I did not build this amp.
