Just got the latest issue of ER and the new owner/publisher/editor is Ray
Osterwald N0DMS. His picture is on the cover. He also has an article on
page 20 "Ground loops revisited" I recall reading several of his past
articles in ER. It looks like the magazine is in good hands.
