Hi Impedance hand microphone

This is somewhat similar to the hand mic that
was used with the Heath HW and SB line of gear
in the 70's, except it is a sort of tan or cream
color, with coiled cord.  It presently has a 1/4
inch stereo plug on it, but of course that can be
changed.

$35 plus shipping from Florida.
