SB-102 weak modulation

Thanks Eddy for the suggestions,
must check that HC-6U crystals,anyway it seems to me
the phenomen exist in both sidebands USB and LSB
when normally speaking and not whooping, 
the power meter does not move up very strongly.
When blowing it is deflecting to 50-60W when 
transceiver tuned up to 90W max power (80m)
Seems it is not band depending,the percent 
movement is the same.
I have taken some QSOs for to try modulation quality,
but it seems OK.
