HV Metering Resistor

To All:

A big thank you to all those who responded about the 500K 1% resistor for
the HV metering circuit. I realize that there are infinite combinations that
will yield the right replacement value, but I was being a stickler for
keeping the circuit as close to original as possible in the SB-400.
