Did you know...

The Heath rain gauge (outside unit) warranty is still valid !
The company RAINWISE that manufactured the unit for Heath still
honors the lifetime warranty.  If its broken, you pay the
shipping to and from the repair depot, they will replace the non
working outside unit free !

Did you know that the stainless steel ring was added at a later
date....  Once designed, the engineers realized that most of the
rain spray was lost and not accounted for in the collector... So
they added the ring to ensure that every drop was accounted for
and not lost  !! Adding the ring to the plastic collector was
easier than re tooling and destroying the already manufactured
pieces !
