Heathkit O-10 Scope

I have a Heathkit Lab Scope O-10 for sale (no manual)- $20 plus shipping.
It does not light up (no power indication or trace). It looks clean but has
some scratches, has all the original knobs, power cord and the plastic CRT
insert (voltage gradient).
