You can probably get away with RG58/U.  However, a
better compromise would be RG8/X.  This cable is still
more flexible than RG8/U or RG213/U, is smaller in
diameter, and can still easily take the 600 to 650
watts output of the SB-200.

The keying relay doesn't have to be in a shielded box.
 You can use on of the small plastic type boxes sold
by Radio Shack without any problems.
