Heatkit IG-5240

Hi All,
I just found an unbuilt IG-5240 Video Generator
(Bar and Dot Generator) and am thinking of listing
it on ebay(need to start balancing my hobby account).
Does anyone know what this kit sold for new( I think
winter 1981 catalog) and what would be a reasonable
expectation for a high bid.  I found manuals only, selling
for $20-23 on google search.
I have never sold anything on ebay.  Is there a smart way
to set a reserve?
